A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
If we request a VIN, and none is given, parts will not be returnable.
There is a mandatory 20% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Parts for vehicles other than Hyundai can and will not be warrantied.
Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
Vehicle accessories are not returnable unless determined to be defective.
Bumper covers and other oversized items will be canceled and refunded, as we cannot guarantee damage after shipment.
We cannot take back used parts.
Mirror caps on side mirrors don't not come painted from Hyundai. They will be white, black or gray "ready to paint" primer.
We cannot take back obsolete parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Warranty's on Hard parts are honored within one year of purchase, if they are installed at a Hyundai Dealership, or State Licensed Garage. Repair orders/invoices must show the failure and emailed to us.
The manufacturer, Hyundai not World OEM PARTS , determines whether or not a part is defective. Credit for defective parts will be issued on the next business day following the manufacturer’s credit to our account.
Return requests must be made within 15 business days after parts are received by you, as determined by the shipper’s confirmation of receipt.
Parts shipped in protective shipping boxes are not eligible for credit unless returned in the original protective shipping container or one offering equivalent protection of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
If you order any parts that fit KIA vehicles, we cannot confirm fitment and products will not come with a warranty.
Cancellation Policy
An order or a portion of an order may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession.
If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer a return fee of 20% may apply.
